Thank you for shopping with JC Vision MMP: REV 19:8! We create our products in partnership with Printify, a print-on-demand service. This means each item is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are sent into production immediately, so cancellations or changes are not always possible once your order is confirmed.

  • Because products are made to order, processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping time depends on the production partner, your location, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if available for your region).
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to carrier limitations, we cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain items)

  • APO/FPO addresses (for certain items)

  • Certain restricted countries

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment:

  1. Contact us at jcvisionmmp@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging (if damaged).

  3. We will work with Printify to send you a replacement at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs issues, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any problems.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
